This integrated Moodle "mini EDM" is the result of more than 8 years of technological and educational R&D, allows for research, sharing, consultation and appeal in the courses of resources by the users with rights :
The central library stores a standardized metadata index according to a standard metadata schema chosen by the administrator.
The physical storage of resources remains Moodle's internal standard file system.
The addition of metadata allows an easier search of resources and predefined “educational objects”, by full-text search engine AND defined taxonomy.
Network distribution and reuse on several interconnected Moodle is possible.
